About Us
The Environment: One of our main goals at The Village is for everyone on the care team to feel supported and comfortable. The VCC team is aware that typical therapeutic clinics often feel stuffy, robotic, and mimic a hospital environment. This can be scary for our little friends and uncomfortable for their caregivers. The Village is set up to open and welcoming to everyone steps foot in our special space. We want The Village to feel as close to home as possible.
Our Village: The community of Village Care Collaborative is unmatched. We strive to be a place of support for every single person that walks through our doors. Patients, parents, caregivers, siblings, providers, and friends are all valuable pieces of our puzzle. We work to collaborate to provide care that is evidence based and client focused while affirming the neurodiversity within our community.
Our Equipment: We understand that often times therapy clinics utilize equipment that cost thousands and thousands of dollars which isn’t something that can be easily replicated in the home environment. While these tools are helpful in the clinic setting, VCC wants to provide in clinic care that caregivers are able to reinforce at home with similar tools and equipment that can be sourced no matter what funds a family has available.
